Business Facilities Delivers Leads.

Business Facilities uses multiple media outlets to proactively seek leads for advertisers. Our Reader Service Department is available to readers 24/7, and is promoted monthly in the publication. In print, readers are encouraged to use our services to request information on advertisers. Visitors to BusinessFacilities.com can request free location information from every page and have access to advertisers' real estate listings and Web sites.

The Qualification Process

Readers request information via our Web site, e-mail, phone, fax, or mail. The Business Facilities Reader Service Department verifies each lead with a phone call and collects more detail about the prospect's specific needs. Within one week, advertisers receive a concise form presenting information from our interview of your prospect.

You Benefit From Highly Qualified Leads

Each verified lead has requested information on your location or region, and has asked that we send their request to the appropriate economic development agency and/or organization in their targeted area. Our in-house Reader Service Department proactively pursues leads and fully qualifies all requests prior to sending our advertisers new leads.

Your Lead Summary Analysis

All Business Facilities advertisers who run multiple advertisements will receive a lead summary analysis every quarter. Your analysis is a recap of all of the leads that you have received via your advertising program and will include the following:

• Company's primary business
• Complete contact information including e-mail address, when available
• Total number of employees in the company (all locations)
• Type of project—expansion, relocation, or consolidation
• Capital investment planned for the project
• Number of new jobs the project will create
• Annual payroll after project completion
• Areas that the prospect is considering
