Site recommendations:

  • This site is best viewed using Internet Explorer 4.5 or greater or Netscape 4.7 or better. Some users may experience difficulty viewing some or all pages with older browsers.
  • Site is designed to be best viewed at 800 x 600 screen resolution. If you are currently using a 640 x 480 screen resolution format you may wish to change your computer settings to 800 x 600. This can be done by right clicking on your computer desktop screen and going to Properties. Under Properties click on Settings and adjust the screen resolution with the slider bar in bottom right corner of the pop up window.

How do I subscribe to your publication(s)?

Simply click the Subscription links on the tab bar at the top of the page and you will be taken to a form to fill out to qualify for the magazine. Subscriptions to both magazines are FREE after qualification.

I can't seem to find what I am searching for?

In an effort to deliver more targeted search results we have gone with an outside company, PicoSearch.com to provide our search engine for us.

Our database contains over 300 web sites in the industry as well as our own database of articles. If you still have no luck finding what you need then contact us and we will try to help steer you toward the information you are looking for.

Remember there is also the web SITE MAP for each site if you just need to find a particular area you want to get to.

I submitted a form for more information but have not received anything yet, what should I do?

We make every effort to send information out to our customers as soon as possible. We receive many requests each day and sometimes it can take a few days to reach you. If you have not received any information on a request after a week's time please do not hesitate to contact Connie Donatantonio at 800-524-0337 ext. 215 and she will look into your query and get back to you with a status on when you can expect to receive it.

I am interested in information on a particular advertiser I saw in your magazine(s). How do I get what I need?

We have added a new section to our online forms for requesting information on particular advertisers from each of the publications. For ads in Business Facilites you can use the form on Business Facilities online to request this info. Simply fill in the three digit codes where prompted and submit your form.

How do I submit a press release or content that I feel would be valuable to your members for posting on the site?

If you feel you have content that would be of value to our readers you may feel free to email any inquiries to:
